PROFILE (SOME CHARACTER TRAITS) OF PERPETRATORS  – WHO ARE THE PEOPLE (GANGSTERS) WHO HAVE ATTACKED AND ORCHESTRATED THE FORCEFUL ROBBERY OF THE REPUBLIC OF COTE-D’IVOIRE FROM 2002 TO PRESENT?

THE PREMEDITATED AND ORGANIZED ATTACK (COUP-D’ETAT BY FOREIGN NATIONALS) AND THEIR SUBSEQUENT FORCEFUL ROBERRY  OF THE REPUBLIC OF COTE-D’IVOIRE. FOREIGN NATIONALS – MAINLY FROM BURKINA FASO IN ASSOCIATION NATIONALS OF NIGER, MALI, SENEGAL, SUDAN, AND TOGO.

I.The Unusual Situation Of The Republic Of Cote-d’Ivoire (A.K.A. Ivory Coast) In The History Of Modern Nations:

1.The Republic Of Cote-d’Ivoire Has Been Taken Over By Force (Coup-D’états in 2002) By Some Foreign illiterate Primitive And Deviant Jihadist Gangsters From Sahel Region (Burkina Faso, Niger, Senegal, Mali, Sudan, and Togo), Then Forcefully Transformed The Whole Nation Into An Organized Crime Company For  Illicit Self-Enrichment (forceful robbery of the State Natural Resources And Revenues), for The Furtherance of Cruelty Against Human Life, Destruction Of The Strengths Of The Nation, And  For Malicious Afflictions On World Leaders (Presidents, Kings And Queens, Or Heads Of Nations Or Kingdoms), Intellectuals, Gifted Children, Global Corporate Leaders, As Well As Intelligent People Who Are Driving This Universal Civilization.

2.The unusual situation of the Republic of Cote-d’Ivoire came about, as one of the erroneous legitimations in international politics.

3.It is like Latin American gangsters (with no legal status in the United States) arming themselves (with the help of some Latin American States actors),  then walk into the United States to overthrow the United States government. Upon the failed coup-d’état, the rest of the world recognizes the legitimacy of the Latin American gangsters to be candidate in presidential election in the United States. Then, upon botched said presidential election, the world forces the incumbent president (born citizen of the United States) out of office by means of military interventions, and install the non-citizen Latin American gangster (with no legal status in the United States)  in the office of the president the United States as the officially recognized president of the United States.

4.Then, the gangsters transform the United States along with its global resources and infrastructure into an organized crime company (mafia) for illicit self-enrichment to the detriment of the United States and its people, and for the furtherance of cruelty against human life around the world.

5.This is what happened to the Republic of Cote-d’Ivoire (since 2002); and it is currently ongoing.

6.Now, in view of things, we may safely say that, the rational observer of the unusual situation of the Republic of Cote-d’Ivoire would certainly come to the conclusion that, the world did not have at the time the accurate facts about the citizenship of the Sahel region gangsters (perpetrators) and their legal status in Cote-d’Ivoire.

7.They were not citizens of Cote-d’Ivoire, and did not have any lawful status in the Cote-d’Ivoire.

8.They were simply foreign gangsters who have planned (in association with foreign Sahel States actors) the overtaking of the Republic of Cote-d’Ivoire by force, for purposes of robbing it; then use the stolen resources for the furtherance of cruelty against human life around the world. And this is what has happened since 2002, and it is currently (in 2021) ongoing.

9.For the interest of understanding of the primitive foreign burden forcefully set upon the Republic of Cote-d’Ivoire since 2002, a certain psychological profile of the perpetrators is set below:


II.Profile - Character Traits of Sahel People as observed in Cote-d’Ivoire since their forceful invasion of the country in 2002

1.They are all of Mandingo origin; therefore Mandingo people in cultural beliefs and practices, in religion and geographical region. 
2. The concerned people are from Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali, Sudan, Senegal, Mauritania, and Northerners of Coastal countries of West Africa (including the Northerners – Mandingo people of Cote-d’Ivoire).

3. In their original or native environment of the Sahel region, they exhibit primitiveness and certain (genetic or physical) retardation on modern human beings. This may explain their strong tendency to mimic (or criminally harass) modern human beings in all things.

4. Illiteracy and primitive deviant gang  culture of glorification in crime, as well as stealing (robbery), are Hallmarks or distinguishing characteristics of their social being (or status). And this includes robbery (forceful taking away) of human beings (especially women).

5. All their lives activities are driving in sorcery and witchcraft imbedded in  exploitation of human spirit and cruelty against human life.

6. Their most prevalent cultural characteristic is their strong reliance on sorcery and witchcraft. Without sorcery and witchcraft, they do nothing.

7. The joy of life of the Sahel man  is not full, unless supplemented by cruelty against human life. For example, enslavement or forceful exploitation of human spirit is seen as signs of success or high social status.

8. They believe that human natural qualities such as intelligence, personality, or physical traits, or acquired qualities such academic knowledge, monetary fortune, can be transferred by means of sorcery and witchcraft from one human being to another. That is, if someone is doctor, or handsome, or billionaire, and they kill him or her to eat his or her flesh and drink his or her blood, they will be doctors, handsome, and billionaire. Even though, this transfer of qualities had never occurred in centuries of this belief and practice, they are still killing doctors, handsome men, intelligent people, and billionaires for this purpose (in human sacrificing).

9. Laziness, belligerence, violence, and negative emotions towards others are signs of enlightenment.

10. Desecration of human spirit in human sacrificing for sorcery and witchcraft rituals are admitted by the people to be their ways and means to fame and fortune.

11. Depravation of human rights, deliberate wasting of human life, and enslavement of others are deemed signs of power and  high social status. The more human spirits (dependents) available for inhuman exploitation in one’s household, the larger his or her social status. Sahel people do not have a relation of citizenship or equality before the law (that we are all created equal), but rather, a relationship of enslavement by the most fit or  powerful. In other words, citizens are not responsible of one another, but seek to enslave one another as sign of greater social status.

12. Disdain of academic education, rule of law, law and order, and the civilized person (Europeans or Americans)  are admitted signs of knowledgeable (knows it all) person.

13. Dysfunctional families and housewives prostitution (often leading to children accepted by husbands), are always overlooked as non-existing.

14. Disengagement from, and negligence of,  the education of children, which always lead to families of  street children and gangsters, are also accepted as natural facts of life, not a responsibility to be blamed on parents.

15. Even though, they are fervent practitioners of human sacrificing for sorcery and witchcraft purposes, being illiterate and knowing no Arabic language, they profess to be Muslims with understanding of the scripture in Arabic.

16. They have an awful sense and practice of personal hygiene.

17. Sex with mother or father or between siblings, homosexuality, as well as killing of human being or eating of human flesh are admitted to be signs of fearless character building.

18. Belligerence or conflict with members of higher social and professional classes are also seen as signs of social or professional equality.

19. They have a diabolical disdain for intellectuals, gifted children,  the wealthy, intelligent people, people of power or world leaders, and express strong negative emotions such as envy and jealousy in view of modern living environment outside their own. This may explain the obvious lack of intellectual life in the Sahel region.

20. Pretention, deceitfulness, lying, fabrications, fraud, ostracism, tribalism, corruption, nepotism, favoritism, criminal harassment, and degrading as well as obstruction of others, are their ways.

21. They are mainly low level migrant laborers for jobs that host countries citizens would not do.

22. Theft of Identity and curriculum vitae of intellectuals is a widespread practice in the Sahel region.

These illiterate primitive and deviant jihadist  gangsters acting worldwide under color of government  retrace the entire existence of intellectuals by means of sorcery, witchcraft, spyware, submission of baseless foreign government subpoenas and authority, and physically pursue intellectuals at every second of time to know their routines as well as social and professional contacts.  

Thereafter, the illiterate jihadist gangsters steal the identity of the intellectuals and assume their lifetime’s educational and professional achievements or curriculum vitae.

Upon acquiring the intellectual’s ID, they murder him or her.

Then, they use these credentials as their own, for employment in private sectors, in governments, even in international organizations such as United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, World Bank, etc…

THIS IS A SCHEME EMPLOYED BY THE ILLITERATE PRIMITIVE AND DEVIANT  JIHADIST GANGSTERS’ GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF COTE-D’IVOIRE ACTING AS AN ORGANIZED CRIME COMPANY WORLDWIDE. SOME OFFICIALS IN THIS “GOVERNMENT” MAY HAVE AS MANY AS 30 DIFFERENT NAMES AND NATIONALITIES FOR MONEY LAUNDERING AND ORGANIZED CRIME PURPOSES.
 
These jihadist gangster groups are mainly illiterate primitive and deviant gangsters from Burkina Faso, Niger, Mali, Senegal, and Sudan. 

•It is one of these groups of foreign illiterate primitive gangsters which had forcefully overtaken the Republic of Cote-d’Ivoire (by coup-d’état) in 2002; and turned the entire nation along with its global resources and infrastructure into an organized crime company for self-enrichment and for the furtherance of cruelty against humanity.

So, any curriculum vitae of any official of the current government of Cote-d’Ivoire must be taken upon strict due diligence or with a grain of salt.



III.The following are some assessments of conditions of Sahel region by some Observers:

23.  (a) According to a UNHCR Report of October 29 2020,  the biggest challenges in the Sahel (native environment of primitive illiterate and deviant jihadist gangsters who have forcefully overtaken the Republic of Cote-d’Ivoire by coup-d’état since 2002) are:
